Rochester Century High School Athletics

We are back together again as a team this week, training and racing on the same schedule. We had a strong performance at the U of M on Friday, and it was fun to see old teammates like Grace and Kennedy!  After a rain delay, our JV showed strong resilience and perseverance on the big, muddy hills of the Winona course at St. Mary's College. The time on the clock wasn't reflective of the effort!  Plus we notched another JV team win!

Monday: Mileage day.

Tuesday: Workout day. Be pumped and ready for a full-sized workout.

Wednesday: Mileage day.

Thursday: Pre-meet running. 

ALSO: Pre-meet pasta ??? We do not have a plan yet, as this race was added a bit late. If a parent(s) are willing to host, let us know!

Race schedule:

• 4:30 PM - Girls JV
• 5:15 PM - Girls Varsity
• 5:50 PM - Boys varsity
• 6:25 - Boys JV

Saturday: Country Run TBD

Hello parents and supporters of Century High School Girls Cross Country!

Every year we need to raise money to provide for the basics of girls CC, including:

• Race entry fees (usually between $75 and $200 each race)
• MSHSL coaches membership and staff development
• Incidentals such as PR Stars, Pep-ups, summer mileage awards and JV standard t-shirts, exercise equipment exclusive to girls CC.

We are reaching out to you ask for a voluntary donation of $25 per student athlete. If you would like to donate more, we will not turn it down!
