Date: TODAY - Wednesday May 18th
Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Football = 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Boys and Girls Soccer = 6:45pm - 8:00pm
will NOT test anyone who shows up past 7:30pm

Every athlete who plays Football, Boys and Girls Soccer, for Century High School needs to complete baseline concussion testing prior to the 2022-2023 season starting.
This program prepares high school athletes to get the most out of their bodies, increase productivity, and decrease injury with strength, endurance, and flexibility. Session will be designed increase strength in each sport and foster overall development for our multi-sport athletes. Appropriate for any athlete who wants to improve their performance, this program allows you to train as many days a week as the individual wants.
Hours: TBD
Registration Priority:
Grades (9-12) for the 2022-2023 academic year, IF space is available 7th and 8th graders will be added
Teams: Any team using the weight room must have students pay the fee.
Fee: $125.00 one-time per student fee for the summer of 2022. All registration is on-line.
All fees for SAQ will offset the costs associated with staffing, equipment and supervising the facility.
Sessions Begin:
Monday, June 13, 2022 and conclude Thursday, August 4, 2022
(Monday-Thursday) (NO contact period July 2-8)

Mayo Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine will be conducting pre-participation sports physicals on Saturday, July 30, between 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at our Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center facility.
We are excited to offer an additional opportunity in conjunction with the physicals.
SPORTS PHYSICALS - ATTENTION 2021-22 ATHLETES: You NEED to take the MSHSL physical form with you. Physical form can be found on this website (left hand side Tab FORMS).
Directions for finding physical date on Skyward
Sign on to skyward family access and look under the "Report Card & Portfolio". This will be listed with all of the testing results and report cards.
You will need to have a copy of your physical in the Athletic/Activities Office BEFORE you can register online. The system will not let you register without this.
Once you get your physical done, please email it to ME at defritz@rochesterschools.org.
Your updated physical needs to be on file in the Athletic/Activities Office at your high school BEFORE you can register online. Physicals need to be current for the ENTIRE Season in order to participate.
