6:00pm = Boys Soccer (all 8th-12th graders)
7:00pm = Football (11th and 12th graders ONLY at this time)

Registration for the summer Strength/Agility/Quickness program at Century/JM/Mayo is being accepted NOW.
Due to the technical difficulties we have experienced this spring ALL registrations will be done in paper form.
Download this form here or stop in the Athletic Office to get a copy to register and pay.
There is a one-time per student fee of $50.00 that has to be accompanied with the registration form. There is NO free or reduced fee available. Cash or Check ONLY (exact amount, the office will NOT have change, check made payable to Century High School).
Forms and fee need to be turned in no later than 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 22 to the Century Athletic Office.
**The workout time slot signup link will be COMING SOON (each student will have to sign up for 1 workout time slot - AFTER we close the paper registration)!
All time slots are in the morning. We will not let students sign up for a time slot UNTIL they have registered, paid and turned the form into the Athletic office. AFTER we close the registration, an email will be sent to the student with the link to sign up for a time slot.

at our Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center facility

You NEED to take the MSHSL physical form with you. Physical form can be found on this website (left hand side Tab FORMS).
Directions for finding physical date in Skyward
Sign in to your skyward family access and look under the "Report Card & Portfolio". This will be listed with all of the testing results and report cards.
You will need to have a copy of your physical (page 1 and 2) in the Athletic/Activities Office BEFORE you can register online. The system will not let you register without this.
Once you get your physical done, please email it to DeeAnn Fritz at defritz@rochesterschools.org ) (AS a PDF file OR WORD document (attachment) NOT in the body of the email.
Your updated physical needs to be on file in the Athletic/Activities Office at your high school BEFORE you can register online. Physicals need to be current for the ENTIRE Season in order to participate.
