2018 FALL BASELINE CONCUSSION TESTING

ALL students that plan on playing football, boys soccer or girls soccer will need to take the Baseline Concussion Testing (baselines are done every school year). This is NOT an option, every athlete in each of these 3 sports HAS to take a baseline test with our Athletic Trainer EVERY school year.

If you missed your test date this past May/June - 

****Make up Baseline Concussion Testing Date will be Wednesday, August 1st @ Century High School****

Visit Athletic Training tab on the left hand column (gray tabs) for time and computer lab.  

You CANNOT miss this date. If you do, you will not be able to start practice/tryouts so please make arrangements to be at Century High School on Wednesday, August 1 for this testing.

Directions for finding physical date on Skyward

Sign on to skyward family access and look under the "Report Card & Portfolio"

You will need to have a copy of your physical in the Activities Office BEFORE you can register online.  The new system will not let you register without this.

Activity Scheduler - User Guide for Parents
We use the rSchoolTodayActivity Scheduler as our School Calendar (Big9.org), as it provides significant advantages to our school and community. Because it is web-based, we can provide you instant access to the most up-to-date information at all times. You can push schedules to your phone, tablet, or computer and they will automatically update with any changes. You can also sign up for instant notifications and reminders, via email or text message (notify me).  Click on the link below for a visual.  Click on the Big9 logo on the left hand side of the main website page, choose Rochester Century from the School Activity Calendar's tab.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CODE OF STUDENT CONDUCT AT ATHLETIC EVENTS

Dismissal Time

  • Players are dismissed 15 minutes prior to the bus departure time.
  • All players need to have their equipment at school ready to leave for the event. 
  • They will not be excused to run home and get their gear.
  • Middle School Students must be dismissed with a parent note at the Middle School Attendance Office.
  • Students serving a penalty for a violation should not be dismissed from school to attend away events.
