Individual Event Tickets (Will be posted by Wednesday, August 25)

Step #1 - Load the HomeTown Fan App to your personal phone (enter phone number and pin number)
Step #2 - Search "Century" at the top of the screen
Step #3 - Select your ticket/pass
Step #4 - Set-up your account (Student Pass = Students First/Last Name and SCHOOL email
                AND = Adult game ticket enter your First/Last Name and email address)
Step #5 - Enter Payment Credit Card/Debit Card
Step #6 - Your ticket/pass will be in the "ticket box" at the bottom of the screen.

*Adult tickets will be game-by-game sold ONLY on this APP (there will be NO 5 or 10 punch passes) - we will not be selling tickets at the door of the events, all tickets MUST be purchased through this APP.

Ticket Prices (in Rochester) - 
Adults = $8.00
Students = $6.00 (K - 12)

We encourage people to purchase their tickets the DAY of the event (and not sooner or in bulk dates), because of COVID, we could get shut down.

2021 Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Physicals

Mayo Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine will be conducting pre-participation sports physicals on Saturday, July 31, between 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at our Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center facility.


  • Due to continued Covid-19 concerns, this will be by scheduled appointments only. We are still taking precautions to keep the athletes, parents, and our staff safe. 
  • Athletes or parents need to follow this link to submit their appointment request.  Once submitted you will be called in 2-3 business days to schedule your sport physical with Sports Medicine.
  • There are three timeframes when Mayo will call to schedule your physical:   
  • 7:00am to 12noon    or   12:noon to 4:00pm    or     4:00pm to 7:00 pm
  • If they are unable to be reached, they will send an email.
  • Cost will be $20.00 payable by cash or check ONLYPayable at check-in on July 31st.

SPORTS PHYSICALS - ATTENTION 2020-21 ATHLETES:  You NEED to take the MSHSL physical form with you.  Physical form can be found on this website (left hand side Tab FORMS).

Directions for finding physical date on Skyward

Sign on to skyward family access and look under the "Report Card & Portfolio"This will be listed with all of the testing results and report cards.

You will need to have a copy of your physical in the Athletic/Activities Office BEFORE you can register online.  The new system will not let you register without this.

Once you get your physical done, please email it to ME at 

Your updated physical needs to be on file in the Athletic/Activities Office at your high school BEFORE you can register online.  Physicals need to be current for the ENTIRE Season in order to participate.
