Rochester Century High School Athletics

We finished with 3rd place team finishes in both the JV and Varsity races at the Section 1AAA Meet. Congratulations to Sophia Comfere and Jazzlyn Hanenberger for qualifying for the State Meet on Nov 2nd! Their race will take place at 12:15pm at the Les Bolstad Golf Course in Minneapolis. 

Monday: Moderate run of 5 miles. 

Team Banquet in North Cafeteria 5:30-7:30pm

Tuesday: Relaxed run 4-5 miles

Wednesday: Ladder workout 

Thursday: Recovery run of 3-4 miles

Friday: Run at the U of M state course 1.5-2 miles

Saturday: State XC Meet at 12:15pm (Les Bolstad Golf Course)

Hello parents and supporters of Century High School Girls Cross Country!

Every year we need to raise money to provide for the basics of girls CC, including:

• Race entry fees (usually between $75 and $200 each race)
• MSHSL coaches membership and staff development
• Incidentals such as PR Stars, Pep-ups, summer mileage awards and JV standard t-shirts, exercise equipment exclusive to girls CC.

We are reaching out to you ask for a voluntary donation of $25 per student athlete. If you would like to donate more, we will not turn it down!
