Tennis 2021 Information

Welcome to Century Tennis for fall of 2021! Registration for fall sports will open on Aug. 1st. You MUST have an updated physical in order to register online! Don't wait until the last minute to get that done! The first day of the season will be Aug. 16th. Practice times have not been set up yet but we have traditionally practiced in the morning. Girls tennis is a no-cut sport - that means everyone who comes out, makes the team and will play matches.

Our captains for the 2021 season are: Julia Baber, Jenny Yan and Zoey Chen. We will keep our website updated with news on captains' practices during the summer and any other information the girls need to know. We do not know what, if any covid protocols will be in place for the fall. As we get information from the MSHSL, we will pass it along. Please email us if you have any questions.

2020 Girls Tennis ***NEW INFO***

Kris and I are sharing a few guidelines as well as changes to our normal tennis schedule and routine.  Please note the following:

** Practices will be from 9-11am. Please plan to be there no earlier than 8:45 per instructions from the athletic office.

** Prior to practices and matches, athletes are required to fill out the following RPS Daily Check-in Form (more info on first day of practice). https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1omg4TY_kx_LXSxVGQSyWEhSQwaVTwBdto1aWZaUGQlM/viewform?ts=5f36b9d4&edit_requested=true

** PAC Meeting will be Wednesday at 6pm (location TBD).

** You need 1-2 rackets, water, hand sanitizer, and a mask for practice.  Leave home wearing proper clothes and shoes - do not plan to change when you arrive.

**Masks are required for all athletes and we'll use them at practice in addition to distancing.  At times when we are in groups to share info or explain drills, coaches and athletes will wear masks.

**Hand sanitize before and after practice.

**Do not share water, clothes, rackets, etc.

The better we adhere to these guidelines the less risk we pose to each other. If we do not follow these steps, we face the threat of our season being canceled... and no one wants that!  So let's work together to have a great season!  Thank you!
