Athletic Training Room Hours

2:30-6:00 on practice nights, or until home events are complete.

All varsity events will be covered accordingly:

 

Fall- Football, Soccer and Volleyball

Winter- Hockey, Wrestling and Basketball

Spring- Lacrosse, Track, Baseball and Softball

Fall Season Saturday Clinic

Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine has a Saturday Morning Bumps and Bruise Clinic. This is held at the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center, 3rd floor. This will be every Saturday from August 31st-October 12th 8-12 pm. The last walk in appointment will be accepted at 11 am. Appointments are preferred and phone lines up at 7:30 am 507-266-9100.

2019 winter sports that need to have a baseline prior to practice are:

Girls Hockey

Boys Hockey

Wrestling

 

Wednesday October 23rd

  • Girls Hockey 5-6:30
  • Boys Hockey 6:30-8

Both will be done in the Century Media Center/Library

Wrestling baseline testing is TBD

 

 

 

 

Every athlete who plays Football, Boys and Girls Soccer, Boys and Girls Hockey, Wrestling, Boys and Girls Lacrosse, or are pitchers/catches for Baseball and Softball for Century High School needs to complete baseline testing prior to the 2019-2020 season starting.
