Athletic Training Room hours are from 2:30-6:00, or until home events are done.

All varsity events will be covered accordingly:

 

Fall- Football, Soccer and Volleyball

Winter- Hockey, Wrestling and Basketball

Spring- Lacrosse, Track, Baseball and Softball 

 

 

 

 

Fall Season Saturday Clinic

Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine will be offering a Saturday morning injury clinic during the FALL season starting September 1st and ending October 13th. Patients will be seen on 3rd floor of DAHLC from 8 AM-12 PM (last walk-in accepted @ 11). Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcome. Please call 507-266-9100 to set up an appointment, phone lines will open at 7:30 AM.

2019 Spring Season Concussion Baseline Testing Dates

* All athlete's are required to baseline test every year, it has changed from the previous years. Please make sure athletes are at CHS NO LATER THAN 4:45 pm to allow time to complete test by 6:00 pm. If they arrive after this time (without previously talking to me) they will be asked to test a different day. Thank you!

 

G-Lacrosse & Softball Catchers/Pitchers: Wednesday, March 13th in CHS A-136 Computer Lab @ 3:30-5:30. Bring headphones and writing utensil.

 

B-Lacrosse & Baseball Catchers/Pitchers: Friday, March 15th in CHS A-136 Computer Lab @ 3:30-5:30. Bring headphones and writing utensil.

 

 


*Everyone who plans on participating in Lacrosse or Pitches/Catches this Spring, needs to test during this time. Exceptions would be if they played football, soccer, wrestling, or hockey this school year. If you have questions, please let me know (reed.mackenzie1@mayo.edu).

Every athlete who plays Football, Girls Soccer, Boys Soccer, Boys and Girls Hockey, Wrestling, Boys and Girls Lacrosse, or are pitchers/catches for Baseball and Softball for Century High School needs to complete baseline testing prior to the 2017-2018 season starting.
