Rochester Raiders is a PI Division team (physical impaired).

You have to qualify for 1 of the categories on the first page of the MSHSL adapted physical form to participate with the Rochester Raiders teams.

Physicals are good for 3 years from the date of the physical.

After you get your physical completed by a doctor, please email it to one of the Rochester Public Schools Athletic Office Managers listed here -
