SOFTBALL TEAM MEETING:
TEAMS WILL CONDUCT THEIR INDIVIDUAL SPORT MEETINGS

Softball (Google Meet invite)

ALL Head Coaches are expected to cover the following in their team meeting:

• Lettering procedures – please post on your team website
• All Conference procedures
• Attendance and behavior expectations (practice and games)
• All athletes use the Varsity locker rooms
• Team rules/expectations/guidelines/sportsmanship
• Transportation and Travel Release Forms
  • To and/or from events – on website under Forms

• Early dismissals
  • students need to come prepared to school every day, no leaving early to get items that you forgot at home
• Fundraising (if any and what the money is being spent on)
• Emails/Phone Tree – Captain(s) parent liaison
• Postponements/Reschedules/Cancellations
  • go to Big9.org and choose Notify Me (under the calendar)
• Care of equipment and returning of uniforms 
  • returned to coach, NOT the Offices
