DUTIES WITHIN THE OFFICE

Mark Kuisle - Staffing for coaches/advisors, evaluations, student eligibility (chemical and behavior expectations, student transfers, foreign exchange, online and home school students), game schedules, officials, budgets (district and activity), arrange all activities/clubs, ticket sales, long range planning and department goals.  Implements crisis management (fire drills, take cover and lockdowns). Available from approximately 7:15 am until 4:00 pm, also available at all home athletic events.

DeeAnn Fritz - Online Registration (approximately 500 students per season), registration fees, physicals, website, transportation, assist approximately 70 coaches, design and print programs for games/events, building reservations, assist coaches with end of season banquets/gatherings, selling of season tickets, assist advisors of clubs/activities, assist with winter musical, printing and reprinting of student ID's, collect info/pictures and create certificates for Wall of Fame, maintain outdoor marquee, and general department information. Available from approximately 7:30 am until 3:30 pm.

Mackenzie Reed - Care and prevention of (student) athletic injuries, concussion management, HIPPA Forms and manages and coordinates day-to-day operations of the training room and answers general athletic trainer questions.  Available from approximately 2:30-5:30 pm during the school year.

Bill Skaden - Strength Conditioning (Speed Agility Quickness) Training for students primarily grades 9-12. Manages and coordinates day-to-day operations of the weight room and answers general questions about (SAQ).  Available from approximately 2:30-5:30 pm during the school year.
